With a large hammer attached to that crane for bashing zombies with.

Well, not everyone, and probably some of those that are... aren't... but that's zombification for you.

What's brought this on?

Have you been reading 'The Zombie Survival Guide' and 'World War Z'?

(both excellent books, if Zombies are your thing)

The problem I see with that is, eventually zombies will climb, en masse, into the back of it.

Then what do you do.

Smack them with the crane then use it to lift them out and dump them.

Depends on the kind of zombies, too - your 'traditional' zombie lacks true climbing abilities, so it may not be an issue.

A PistonBully for me (As ~G~ nicked my Unimog):

Look, this one has a Zombie Mulcher on the back.

And they do trailers too.

Also, if you need to get a bit of Zombie survival practice in before the event, then what better way than with Lego!

I don't fancy your chances much LotusNova, that doesn't even have a space for the driver, let alone room for carrying stuff, and woeful ground clearance, shame, can you go first and act as a diversion ? So when the Zombie hoards are feasting on your brains we can quietly sneak past ?

Clearly he's spent too long in France and was just looking for something suitable to hang a white flag from...

Luckily it's only at concept stage. Either we do it as is - it'll be just like chasing hamsters with a Tamiya 4x4. Except bigger. And with more splat.

Or we build a bigger manned version. For even more splat.

Happy?

Actually that's just given me an idea - chase the zombies with a combine harvester, blaring the relevant Wurzels song from tannoy speakers mounted on top of it.

I'd fly Lois' Canadian flag and go with a Conquest Knight XV

And just in case you were thinking "yeah, yeah, its a Hummer" Here's one next to a Hummer for comparison

now, being an ex forces type, id be hard pushed to choose anything other than a warrior, good speed in forward and reverse gears, armour, big gun, did i mention the armour?

oh and tracks, big tracks so im not getting stuck anywhere.

back up vehicle would be a uni mog, but the biggest part of surviving post apocalypse zombie would be to get as many 'living' as possible, take over the nearest secure army barracks and sit it out, occasionally having some fun with pot shots at the local zombie population.....
