My mate has two tickets for the England vs Croatia semifinal game tomorrow. He didn't realise that it's going to be on the same day as his wedding, so he can't go. If you're interested and want to go instead of him, it's at St. Andrew's Church in Cambridge and her name is Sarah.

I reckon it will be a decent win for France.

England v France final would be great.

I guess that depends on your definition of poor?

A pair of new build semi's on our road sold for 4.8 & 4.9 million sterling a couple of months back and another bigger one went for over 5 earlier this year.

I'm not sure I can handle another 2am kick-off, it's 13:30 and I'm dead on my feet and I only watched the first 1/2 of the Belgium France game.

Sounds legit.

It is, and very good. So Tokes nailed this one, it's also very easy to use and can be had for $5 a month, with unlimited data and use on 5 devices simultaneously.

I forgot to tell her, but as the group she's in is mainly boys I'd expected one of them to have sorted it out.

Sorry, Jonny Wilkinson, but England winning the actual World Cup is in no way comparable to winning the Rugby World Cup.

Hope that helps.

My point was there are about 8 teams in the World that are good at/could give a shit about Rugby. How does that compare with Football?

What happened there then? I watched the first half and then went out to golf thinking Modric and co were very lucky not to be 2 or 3 down and the 2nd half was a formality. Even when the Croats had a bit more possession towards the later stages of the 1st half they weren't really doing much with it and every England break seemed dangerous.

Kinda hard to tell how good the England side is now, they lost to the 2 decent sides they played but didnt really try against Belgium. They should have gotten a bit of belief from this though and theyre all pretty young, must be in with a shout at the Euros. It's been a fun journey watching it though, not many hooligans and No James Corden.

My take, they did very well to get to the semis but had an “oh shit we’re in the semis” moment 20 minutes in and were almost terrified of winning.

I’m angry they went out in a whimper, but optimistic for the future.

Add Ian Wright to the coaching team.

Chris Waddell should be a coach. He's the best pundit going.

N.B. Gary Neville and Valencia, I know...

Losing in the semis is hardly a failure.

Some goon on The Today show was saying people only liked them as a team because they thought they were going to win the World Cup.

No, people liked them as a team because people liked them as team.

I just won nearly 3k on an accidental golden boot bet placed before the tournament. Bit of a decimal point problem. I've felt like celebrating since the end of the group stages but the bastard made me wait.

Biggest bet I've ever placed and definitely my biggest win. I really got away with that one.

Good world cup.

So we beat Panama, Columbia and Sweden
And lost to Belgium, Croatia and Belgium (again)

And on the basis of that we have hope, renewed confidence and have fallen back in love with football (all things I have read in media)

Next European championships are going a complete disaster of expectation> performance
