Look, I know we're not talking about the World Cup, but good heavens that was an exciting game! Argentina v Croatia. A surprise (to me) hammering.

I was expecting Japan - Senegal to fcuk that up. Looks like my free £2 isn't turning into a free £503.

Quite fancied Croatia to do that, Modric is the heartbeat of that Real Madrdid team, he's overshadowed by Ronaldo of course but without Modric he wouldn't have been able to move to being more of a number 9.

I’m hopeful Iran will eliminate them. From the tournament, not in a thermonuclear way.

It's quite nice to sit and watch some bits of this and not have to worry about losing.

And whoever wins it won't really be a proper win because Italy aren't in it.

Go and have a cuddle with the Scots. They should have developed coping mechanisms by now

We cope by eating Nardini's ice cream and Italian Fish and Chips. Have a Haggis and a deep fried Mars Bar ID.

Gripping game on now, first half almost over and if it stays Sweden 1 Germany 0, Germany are out at the group stages for the first time since 1938.

That ref must have had a German granny or something. Sweden should have had a pen when their man got crunched when through on goal and the German should have been sent off then. Also 5 mins of ET? Ridiculous. Muller is mega off the boil too, he's been iffy all season.

Croatia have scored 5 and conceded none against Nigeria and Argentina.

Belgium have been on fire.

They're the form team but can they carry it through?

Exciting tourney so far anyway!

Belgium vs England is shaping up to be a cracker! Belgium can't defend though.

I put £25 at 50-1 on England to win 5-1 yesterday :(

As an aside I am starting to get an annoying amount of hope for this world cup. Suddenly I have gone from being adamant we have the worst team in my lifetime to believing we stand a chance based on managing to beat the two worst teams in the world! So fickle

Neither can England. As good as we have been we have definitely given away far too many chances that good strikers would have put away

Will do.

Pretty sure it will be a no score draw.

How many people have off street parking around Kings Cross for one?

Could you please stop ignoring the facts, there are less than 3000 Model S on UK roads. The Model X makes the S look common. And Model 3 isn't here yet.

Please move on.

Stop making up bullshit statistics. There were more than that sold in 2017 alone.

Please feel free to prove exactly how many Teslas there are on UK roads.

I see about one Model S a month. EVs still only make up around 1 car in 200 in the UK. I doubt the vast majority would be the rather overpriced Model S. It really isn't me that's making up bullshit statistics.

I could post a link to the website where I got the less than 3000 from but CBA.

Shut up! This World Cup is insane. Croatia v Denmark is already ridiculous and it's less than five minutes old.

And Russia v Spain was astonishing earlier.

Astonishingly boring. Spain passed side to side, side to back for 120 mind and Russia defended for the whole time to play for penalties. Pity they both couldn’t be eliminated.
