Right, it looks like the decision has been made and we can assume it's just a matter of time before article 50 is invoked. From the rhetoric is feels unlikely that a last minute deal so let's look to the positives.

There will be good stuff to leaving, let's start to look at them.

The rest of Europe will have to use Sterling now so we won't have to change our money when we go on holiday.

We now know that 51.9% of the country is racist.
There are no racists in London or Scotland.

Nope. Nothing. Personally I can only see negatives for myself, and positives for the country as a whole require more delusion optimism than I can muster.

Politicians will no longer be able to blame Brussels when things go wrong. Can't think of any others, 500 million people now hate the UK more than before.

Dol Mio will be so heavily taxed that it, along with those fvcking adverts, will disappear from the UK.

Italian waiters will not be able to sleep with your wives while you are out working overtime to pay for your Maserati.

More people have become engaged with politics and they can see that their vote does count.

Not a positive IMO. I preferred politics when only educated people were interested enough to vote.

We are suddenly much cheaper for Europe and the States so tourism should increase.

And one of our biggest exports is in defence materiel. Us leaving the EU will be the start of a third European war.

It just dawned on me, it's me that's stupid, the leave were right! Britain will have it's Empire back! That was their master plan all along.

The amount you've saved has been wiped out tenfold by the financial and currency losses.

Give it 10-15 years and a bit of ineptitude at handling knock-on reactions...

I can now stir up English nationalists on PH by demanding a referendum.

A hollow pleasure but I'll take it.

Still a positive though.

Jesus this place is depressing today. I bet things are much jollier on the other channel.

Seriously though I think this means the end of the Tories for a while and at least this boring issue has finally been put to rest. Of course it'll go wrong and the leavers will blame anyone else apart from themselves.

I suppose that to make up for the losses we could start another empire. That would be alright.

We could try some new countries that we haven't owned before. Never go back, that's what they say. Unless you've forgotten your keys or left the gas on.

So how about Mexico? Nice climate and they seem a bit daft so how hard can it be?

And Argentina of course. They're on their arse and they've been asking for a slap for a long time.

Come on you lot, have we forgotten that this is the greatest country on earth?

God save the Queen!
