That's a class look, you perverts!

On the one hand 80's blah blah blah, on the other that is so distant from a good look that even on the lowest rated pages on lookbook no-one dares to front the sleeves up jacket.

I concede you need a strong forearm game to even consider it but with these velvet pythons, I'm good to go.

That's odd, because it's exactly the opposite of their cars which are designed to be driven by gibbons.

I had always understood that your tip to tip span was the same as your height - although I am now forced to question this.

Check if you would please and let me know.

It normally is equal however I'm 6ft with a 6ft3 wingspan. We measured it once after a basketball game because one bloke was pissed off that I was getting far more rebounds than I should. Everyone else was a square and I was the only rectangle.

I don't think there is a normal ratio, just a normal range. Having an armspan greater than your height well common. Not in that way because it's also highly refined.

He wouldn't accept that I was more skill than him so wanted me tested for performance enhancing arms.

El cheapo Clarks Montacute Lord. £50 in sales. They do have cleats at the front they're just set in from the edges so they look less like a walking boot.

I thought I might have recognised them, I've considered them before but never quite bought any.

I got some new boots this week as well, Hudson ones:

This pair needs to go back. Apparently UB do vanity sizing so when the tag says 32 it's really 34 so I bought the 32. The problem is they're actually a 32 and because the material is so indomitable I can't see them ever becoming wearable let alone comfortable.

I haven't found a place with a 34 tag yet but when I do I will have at it. When I opened the package I lolled out loud at how hard they were.

I also bought some chelsea boots which arrived today and also need to go back due to sizing. sadface

Hmm. They still have UB121 skinnies in stock, but I daren't get into some insane kind of rigid-legged arms race of ever more cast iron jeans. My current 13.75oz "lightweights" are looking better and better, so I ought to stick with them at least through the Summer and see how they pan out.

I can foresee something heavier on the horizon though...

Will you get another pair of the elephant jeans? They also have them at Cultizm, I happen to have noticed.

Not come across Cultizm before. None in my size unfortch.

I'm torn on going heavy again. My thumbs were red raw after trying to do the button fly up. Not sure I can live with that for weeks. Maybe something mid heavy around the 18oz mark. Dunno shruggingsmilie

Chickened out of the heavyweights and ordered some UB201 from Cultizm. £60 delivered after the signing up discount. Bargain. Also bought a pair of these.

It's not obvious, or at least it wasn't until I ordered, but Cultizm is in Germany. Shipping is free but it might be a pain to return anything.

The boots are coming from France via an Amazon seller for half price.

Farage wants to stop us getting these discounts.

Fun fact: I googled the jeans and found this picture which lead me to searching out the boots

I did know it was in Germany. When I first looked there the prices were in Euros until I changed my settings. Make the most of it until Brexit!

E: I've fancied some of those wedge-soley boots for ages, but never really known what they're properly called: vibram? No idea.

I had no idea either but an image search for vibram sole boots suggests it's the right term.

I wonder if they're a little too young but don't care.

I don't think that's right.

Vibram make soles, but are most famous for being 'the' hiking boot sole, so although they do those, they also do normal bout soles. I've just had the cobbler fcuk some vibrams onto my winter boots and they're just normal boot soles.
