See: Black Swan.

Though TBH I think she's OK even when she's not doing hot anorexic lezzer stuff.

Is she even in Black Swan? No, she isn't, Gregg. It's Mila Kunis, the hot one. And Vincent Cassell, the Frenchman. Keira Portman isn't even close to being in Black Swan.

<peers into his ear only to see daylight in the distance>

Ahhhh! I see.

Here, Dis, have this bag of grain. Someone will be along shortly.

Check the poster you massive wrong shit!

I wish I still had time to fiddle with pictures just to abuse people with. Sigh!

I'm glad to see it continues though, in my absence. Well done everybody.

Really looking forward to Annihilation. The source material is excellent and is directed by Alex Garland who did an outstanding job with Ex Machina.

So fcuk all y'all.

Also, early reviews of the new Blade Runner have been outstanding, so phew.

Doubtless KM has some of his now legendary insider info about "the biz" that will serve to poo-poo all of this because, I dunno, they used the wrong type of lead when recording the soundtrack.

It is beginning to look like 7, 8 and perhaps 9 will be quasi-remakes of 4, 5 and 6.

Did you notice how the AT-ATs now look like apes walking on all fours because their feet look like they're resting on their knuckles?

Tiny detail but neat.

Yes, I was thinking that too - wasn't there some shot for shot comparison of 4 and 7 and it was strikingly similar?

Does the Official in that trailer mean that this other one I've seen isn't the real thing?

The first trailer for New Mutants arrives in an hour and a half, which is interesting mostly because nobody seems to have seen anything of the film at all so far. Odd, when it threatens to be big: it stars Maisie Williams off GOT and it's supposedly a junior X-Men superpowers horror film.

Just seen it. From the trailer looks more horror but 66 Major tells me one-off the mutants’ powers is to realise amperson’s worse nightmares.

I smiled at the observation that the only non-black people on the Black Panther movie poster are Martin Freeman and Andy Serkis, to which some wag quipped

‘Yeah, they’re the Tolkien white guys’

Remember Skyline? The crazy science fiction film about invading aliens that sucked people up in the sky and stole their brains? I really enjoyed how thick and over-excitable it was, and how the finale made it feel like the whole film had been massive 100-minute opening cut-scene for a fps video game. But the world did not and it is deemed a failure. A shame.

But nobody told me about this. Beyond Skyline, a sequel that's reported by early reviewers to be not just better than Skyline, but genuinely excellent.

Yes, that's little Rama from The Raid in there too! And if my eyes don't deceive me looking at one of the posters, so is Mad Dog:

I honestly thought this was a documentary about Debbie Harry, I was even more convinced when I saw the poster !

Surprisingly unexciting trailer, for something they've been building to for a decade. All a bit worthy and po-faced. And spoilery? Death of Vision? Death of Tony Stark? Subliminal Thor/GOTC (relegated to part 2?) Dunno.

Just looks weird.
