I can't think of a better short-distance commuter!

Good choice.

57 plate . Utter bargain at £3k.
I was expecting it to be a bit tatty but it is immaculate. All the consumables are new too. Not really sure why he sold it for so little

That makes me ache with desire.

For the bike, not you, TT, you hideous overtly grooming predatory homo.

The aching is odd because I can't ride a motorbike and would likely kills myself four times over before I got to the end of the road. But I've always liked the idea of draping myself over the fuel tank of a rocket and squeezing the "Go" lever.

Nice job. Nothing like a bit of massive overkill is there?

Is that Niall Mackenzie's signature on the fuel tank?

Top speed 177mph which it will easily achieve well within 1.5 miles.

The commute ought to take somewhere around 40 seconds, off the top of my head. Maybe more if he's intending to slow down at the other end rather than crashing into the station at full speed.

I'm hoping he builds a special ramp at the station end and does a mission impossible style jump onto the roof of a fast moving train, just to get the adrenaline flowing in the morning.

Yes TT (Ironic acronym)!
A bike for fun funs out really appeals, of course. Don't know if I could be bothered with the clothes show rigmerole for a commute. Especially as its pretty free flowing traffic.

Is the traffic beating ability one of the reasons you took your test TT?

What are the practicalities? Does TT wear a suit to work? If so, does he wear it under his bike leathers? Or fold into a bag and take out the other side? Shower at work/leave suit there?

I may remember wrong but I reckon his 'commute' to the station is like the walk down most people's stairs. He actually takes a few hours a day and he's only told us about the bit normal humans would consider.

Yes and no. I wont be using this for a commute as such, just to get to the station so I don't wear any protective stuff for that. Beating traffic was originally the excuse for taking the test but owning a motorbike was the real reason

When I used to commute, all my work clothes stayed at work and I changed when I got there.
Just going to the station on this I wont bother with the gear
