as some of you know my 14 turned agrophobic & shit itself on the sight of a wide open spanish road. well im getting there with curing her, the final list of faults seems to be

front brake didnt
almost no oil in front forks - odd it handled ok to me
steering bearings collasped - actually was the 2nd worse fault over there
it ate the chain due to front sprocket coming loose - worst fault over there
swing arm bearings only just got any grease, surprised they are ok tbh
sprocket carrier bearing rusted to hell

think thats all of it, found a few small things ive just done on the way. anyway it was like this earlier, swingarm is back in now & awaiting parts before i can do the rest tomorrow afternoon. who thinks it'll be ready for the dyno day its booked on saturday morning?

Parts willing, and a small but perfectly chilled supply of stubbies, no problems.

Post the dyno up on here....

well got home with the parts today & in the garage for 2pm, was out testing it for 6:30pm. nice steady rebuild there & all works great :D feels so planted at the front with oil in the forks. its like a new bike in corners, no more understeer. we'll see what she kicks out tomorrow 8)

your thinking of chilli from 'the other place' at least i aint seen him here.

well the dyno surprised me :D considering it was running a bit rich all the way through the rev range 121bhp isnt bad at all. stock engine is 100bhp according to suzuki & all ive got is an akro exhaust & PCIII. got it mapped properly too so its smoother & more responsive, particulary bottom end. unfortunatly the dyno started to play up. all the bikes lost 5% or so this afternoon, even ones that hadnt been touched since the morning so the dyno repair man is getting called out. so no end of mapping chart, he'll let us know when its fixed & we can go back for a free power run so cant fault him there. the figures from the afternoon were 114bhp & 117bhp after mapping so allowing for stuff about 122-123bhp i guess. he reckons about 104lb/ft allowing for the dodgy dyno too.
heres the before chart anyway, even then it had a lovely smooth flat curve.
