Roll cage mount for iphone

Post by Deuteronomy @ Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:40 pm

I need to find a way of securely mounting an iphone to my roll cage.

I've got a nifty new app which will overlay engine and position data over a video feed, this is the intended type of output:

Not a suction cup as it won't pass regs and it'd shake like MJF on the poly-carbonate rear screen.

So, needs to be a clamp type, or fix to the go-pro style mount that I already have in place.

Any suggestions?

I’ve got lots of GoPro & iPhone mounts from RAM.

They’re modular, so you can use the same base gear with their iPhone holder, SLR mount, or GoPro mount.

Jerez it's simple engineering principles here guys:

If it moves and it ain't supposed to - Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - WD40.
