Impossible to say from the text here, but you could try copying it to a notepad file with a CSV extension, then using excel to open this as a CSV file. It will then give you lots of options for de-limitation that you can try. Probably won't be perfect but might give you 99% and allow you to do a swift edit for the rest

How many rows in the full table?

ETA: and what happens to the rows that have bits missing?

If you cut and paste from the PDF into a monospaced plain text editor (notepad being the obvious one), do the columns all line up? It's impossible to see here as arial is a microspaced font.

If so, I might be able to come up with something vaguely do-able. Using Wordstar 6.0 for DOS Ctrl-K N mode, if I can still find my copy.
