Despite saying I wouldn't......
Alfa 145 2.0 TS 155 BHP 2000, new everything......engine replaced (was 1750 now 1993) belts replaced, waterpump, tensioner, variator, clutch kit, front discs and pads, drop links, alloys and new Event tyres all round, Stereo with double din touch control with remote and built in Satnav, takes micro usb and Micro SD cards. 99K miles. I have the std 15" Alfa alloys with good tyres if preferred. £1995.00

Mercedes 190E 2.0i AT 1990, though I'm still thinking about it really. Red with cream interior in decent enough nick, exterior is in great shape. Clifford alarm system with remote locking, 4x leccy windows, leccy sunroof, Kenwood CD player, new tyres all round on W203 16" Sport alloys, new engine mount, 175K serviced and MOT'd to Feb. £1395.00 and has a nice 190 reg too! These are starting to attract attention....there were four in the last Brightwells auction (where I bought the E55 AMG) and the cheapest... a Cat D ...made 1800 quid, the nicest, a two tone cream car with 120K made almost £4K.....there's shoddy ones on ebay making 1K. The 2.0 Motor is also far better than the 1800 in terms of driveability and also it doesn't suffer from porous heads like the 1800 does. Gets a lot of looks and does 38 MPG.

BMW E34 535i AT 1989, Cashmere gold with brown velour interior. Interior is in fab shape, exterior needs paint to bonnet, front bumper and a bit next to the fuel filler cap. Slight tap on No:2 Inlet tappet due to the oil sprayer bar bolt near to it falling off (common) but tappets are all now set and it's barely noticeable. MOT to March, 177K miles. drives really well and is hard to find with M30 3.5 218 BHP motor in it. Factor in £300 for professional repaint of affected areas and you have a reasonably economical barge better than money in the bank. Most of the components in the engine bay have been recently replaced....new AFM, all gaiters, pipework, viscous, ICV, belts, head gasket, all done quite recently. £895.00 is nothing for this. Rides on 115" BBS but would look a lot better on 17" Style 22 or similar.
