BMW E28 M535i AT

Selling my white E28 M535i Auto. 140K miles (well....shows 98000 and has done apart from one MOT in 2012 when it was higher so I can't prove that the mot guy made a mistake really), new HG, 17" Style 22 alloys, new MOT, everything works as it should. Needs a bit of cosmetic work but is a very solid car, very smooth and still quick. The exhaust will need replacing....it has one...but it's one I cobbled together just so I could use it and it's too loud (besides being wrong), but it's still a very capable car and drives without any real rattles or creaks. Dash has a few small cracks, has an iPod stereo with USB in, I have owned this for about five years and love it but have new cars coming in.

Me too, but I was struck when I saw it at how old it looks now. I remember a friend's Dad having a 5-series like that back in the early 1980s and it was the height of sophistication at the time.

The only shape 5 Series I like the look of and they've got better with age.
