I didn't know Saab made curtains.

Meanwhile I thought this was useful for the layman (a sort of at-a-glance summary of everything that's shit in the world, for those with limited intelligence) (yes, that's why I liked it)

But that's the point actually they aren't Vectras, it is a complete misconception. Note I avoided the use of the hated 'tis there. ;)

I reckon one of the problems is that they are still perceived as a bit quirky, and that loses them mainstream sales, however they aren't quirky enough for their traditional market, architects and design people who like to be thought of as a bit quirky.

ldv in a spot of bother

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7904918.stm

and I can't say I'm suprised, I stupidly bought a nice new LDV luton van for my company in the uk, it was nothing but trouble and as soon as they had my money there responce to everything was tough, new ecu, fuel pump, GEARBOX!! etc etc on a new van, of course all these failed 1 month after the warantee expired, on a fully dealer serviced van.

Australia's second largest investment bank, Babcock & Brown, has gone into administration after it was unable to deal with its massive debt levels. The former private equity powerhouse, had struggled for more than a year. Babcock's downfall was blamed on taking on too much debt - and then being unable to cope in the credit crunch.

With a name like that, it's hardly surprising
