cnut doesn't have a valid driving license, claims ignorance of uk law
Driving license is in essential criteria in jd/person spec
License shown at interview turns out to be invalid (yeah, mine/HR's fcuk up)
I invoke disciplinary policy
Panel meets, gives cnut 4 months to get a license
4 months pass, no license
Panel reconvenes 2 months later (still no license) and dismiss cnut
cnut appeals
New panel meets 2 months later and reinstate as cnut has a driving license now
Havd I got any legal recourse ?
