Fun suggestions how to enforce a CCJ

Post by Jorge Orwell @ Fri Aug 02, 2013 2:42 pm

I know this is probably a bit of a non-starter . . . .

A transporter (no not Stathem) damaged one of my cars a couple of years ago; I finally got him into court last month and was awarded a smidge over £4k in damages.

Needless to say, I haven’t received a cheque in the post, and I'm now looking to enforce the judgement.

Apart from the court bailiffs, can anybody think of a fun way to drag £4k out of somebody with a petrol station and vehicle transport business . . . .
