Sticky chicken wings.

YOu want plum sauce, chilli bean paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, 5 spice.

Brown the chicken.

Then add all the sauce ingrendients and cover with enough water just to cover the chicken.

Once they are done you want to finish them under the grill. Basting in the left over sauce until they are done. If the sauce is dried enough, add more, repeat until sticky and glazed.

Ocne they are done they should be nice and sticky and delicious

Serve with some corriander and lime wedges.

Agreed - don't listen to that awful bully Stuart.

This thing about his clock.

Perhaps the clock is a normal size but his flat is tiny?

Perhaps Stuart is tiny too?

Seems a strange method stuart. Wings can normally be done in the oven for 45-60 minutes.

and then grilled it

Probability that he then micro-waves leftovers next morning for breakfast? Fair to middling I'd say

I mean when you do a pot roast or casserole you fry/brown the meat then cook it in a stock. So I'm reluctant to join the pile on here.

Gotta say though without that money shot pic to sway me I'd be holding your coat here.

Never mind all that. It's the egregious misspelling of "coriander" that makes me turn into Mr Stab.

They’re chicken wings, not Kentucky Fried Casserole

I will admit the end result looks legit but the method is lunacy.
