I thought the camping food pics looked pretty good, beat burgers and sausages.
Yes I did wonder why it wasn't cooked in wine but who am I to question ?
I will not be joining the Cola challenge but look forward to seeing/hearing your results.
Out of interest what does it smell like while cooking (the cola)?

Thanks! Might do that with skin-on (but boned out) thighs, skewered to keep them together. Reason? Mrs J detests bones in her meat.

You filthy pigs, all of you.

I think the answer is the same. You smell hot cola.

Actually, you smell the beef not the cola at all. I got through far too many beers trying to stave off the debilitating hunger whilst sat next to it.

I wasn't challenging anyone to cook with cola, but to come up with the best camping meal they could of any type.

No, it’s a simple comment on the comparing it to cars thing. It’s a very PH thing to do as if that’s the only language they can understand.

Also, it’s ‘analogy’.

Don't use PH so I wouldn't know but duly noted.
I'd justify my CBP and the ability to still judge shit food but I can't be arsed.

Analogie- Italian spelling sorry.

Also it's a false analogy. It would be more accurate if it were a Dacia salesman who drove a Fiat Panda

And thus probably doesn't know about cars.

But that would mean I'd be selling fatties food AND eating it because I didn't know any better which is completely wrong.

How do you manage to be so stupid with just one head?

Ok.

This is how you cook meat outdoors. Rack of veal. White veal, not the pink rubbish.
It was the finest meat I've ever eaten. Bar none.

Naturally I would have done that, but I couldn't find a rack of veal in Super U and I forgot to pack the brick oven in the car.

How big is that veal? Can’t really tell the scale of the meat/oven.

If that thermometer is the same size as mine that’s one fcuking huge lump of baby cow.

Yes it was massive. It was about 40cms long. The whole calf I think. It fed 12 with some to spare.
I can honestly say that it was the finest meat I'd ever tasted- Wagyu beef included.

This is what happens when you start letting people put fruit on top of pizza.
