Please forgive the intrusion but I have finally plucked up the courage to join in after lurking for a couple of years. I have registered before under a different username but lost all the passwords etc so have rejoined. Please be gentle. I just want to be liked.

Just for info, here are a few things about me.

• Preferred personal pronoun – Who the fluff cares?
• Pants before socks
• Sit-wiper
• Brekshit or Bremoan– Whatever Rod says is fine with me
• Nespresso over Tassimo
• Top Gear is OKish
• Never been on PH
• Fags not vaping (John Player Blue by preference)

• Bike – Triumph Sprint RS
• Car – Gaylander 2 (apologies)
• Lawnmower – McCulloch M46 125WR (18’’ cut)

• Favourite pastime – lurking on forums
• Favourite Food – jelly (Lime as you asked)
• Favourite joke – What is green and invisible? (Points to empty hand) This cabbage.
• Height to weight ratio – not ideal
• Top three favouritest films – The Artist, The Man Who Would be King, Harold and Maude

Additional info
• Celebrity crushes – Amanda Lamb, Dr Helen Czerski, Phillipa Forester
• Man crushes – No ones business but my own
• Claim to fame – Once put my finger in Derren Browns ear (2014)
• Lover of bullet points, parentheses and hyphens

Thank you in advance
Yours Sincerely
Andy

Hello and welcome Andy. You've either been very canny or chosen the wrong time to join. I say that as it's half term or Easter or whatever and most of the CTF traffic is when people are at work. So it may be quiet but stick with it.

Afternoon - as Moley says, it'll be quite quiet for a little while as half term.

What are your feelings towards BL products of the 70's/80's?

My dad had a lime green Allegro which I borrowed once or twice when I was 17 and sans car. It did the job, Although very poorly.

I also had a Dolomite Sprint which was great. It disappeared while I was in Tesco so someone certainly took a shine to it. Although I was gone for a good hour or more so it may have just rusted away.

OK - a philosophical question already.

If I can quote Plato on this “We’re great pals. I’m going to go out of my way to drive into him at least once this weekend.”

Smirk.

Wasn't The Artist great? And I'm only usually bothered about films with spaceships in them.

Hi Andy! Good introduction - I'm glad you've stopped lurking.

Any pets? If you only want a tiny bit of cake do you ask for a sliver or a slither?

I have a cat. Not technically mine but it lives here with me.

And why would anyone ever want a tiny bit of cake?

If I were to go small on the cake I would have a sliver of cake or a slither of snake.
